Tickets are sold at the main gate, here postcards and a guidebook can also be bought, while opposite the ticket-window Berkenyeház Visitor Centre and restrooms can be found. Last entry 30 minutes before closing time. Wooden tables with benches for are situated behind the ticket-window. Outside the garden small village grocery stores and a restaurant are waiting for visitors during the above opening hours.
